fa ویژگی‌های پیش‌ از عمل و حین ‌عمل جراحی اسکلرال باکلینگ در بیمارستان خاتم الانبیاء مشهد چشم پزشكي Ophtalmology گزارش كوتاه Short Communication <p style="font-style:normal;"><em><span style="color:#003300;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> جداشدگی رگماتوژن شبکیه یکی از اورژانس‌های چشم‌پزشکی است که در صورت عدم مداخله جراحی فوری می‌تواند منجر به عوارض بینایی غیرقابل برگشت شود. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین ویژگی‌های پیش‌ از عمل و حین ‌عمل جراحی اسکلرال باکلینگ انجام شد.</span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی گذشته‌نگر روی پرونده 606 بیمار (374 مرد و 232 زن) با میانگین سنی </span><span dir="LTR">37.8&plusmn;18.8</span> سال با تظاهر جداشدگی شبکیه که تحت جراحی اسکلرال باکلینگ در بیمارستان خاتم الانبیاء مشهد طی سال‌های 1395 تا 1400 (بازه پنجساله) قرار گرفته بودند؛ انجام شد. اطلاعات پیش از عمل جراحی شامل میزان دید، وضعیت لنز چشم، محل و میزان پارگی شبکیه، وضعیت درگیری ماکولا، اطلاعات عمل جراحی شامل مدت عمل، انجام کرایو، تخلیه مایع زیر شبکیه، نوع وسیله به کار برده شده در عمل مانند استفاده از اسفنج، باند، باند و تایر، نوع و تعداد نخ جراحی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند.</span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> دید پیش از عمل در مراجعه اول </span><span dir="LTR">51.7%</span> بیماران کمتر از <span dir="LTR">0.3</span> بود و در <span dir="LTR">36.8%</span> موارد ماکولا درگیر بود. شایع‌ترین محل جداشدگی شبکیه ناحیه تحتانی <span dir="LTR">(35.9%)</span> و شایع‌ترین درجه گسترش جداشدگی، 180 درجه <span dir="LTR">(46.3%)</span><span lang="FA"> تعیین شد. در اغلب موارد از روش‌های جراحی اسکلرال باکلینگ با ترکیبی از باکل‌ها مانند </span><span dir="LTR">Band+Tire</span><span lang="FA"> (46 درصد) استفاده شد. همچنین کرایوتراپی در 48 درصد موارد انجام گردید.</span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بیشتر بیماران مورد بررسی مردان جوان یا میانسال با دید اولیه کم و با جداشدگی شبکیه در نواحی تحتانی بودند و در بیش از یک سوم موارد ماکولا در بدو مراجعه دچار جداشدگی بود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></em></p> <p><span style="color:#003300;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b>Background and Objective: </b>Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment is an ophthalmic emergency that can lead to irreversible visual complications without prompt surgical intervention. This study aimed to characterize the preoperative and intraoperative features of scleral buckling surgery.<br> <b>Methods: </b>This retrospective descriptive study reviewed the records of 606 patients (374 men and 232 women; mean age, 37.18&plusmn;18.8 years) who presented with retinal detachment and underwent scleral buckling surgery at Khatam Al-Anbia Hospital in Mashhad, Iran during 2016-2021&nbsp;(a five-year period). Preoperative information included visual acuity, lens status, location and extent of the retinal tear, and macular involvement. Intraoperative information included procedure duration, cryotherapy, subretinal fluid drainage, the type of device used (sponge, band, or band plus tire), and the type and number of surgical sutures.<br> <b>Results:</b> At the initial visit, 51.7% of patients had a preoperative visual acuity below 0.3, and the macula was involved in 36.8% of cases. The inferior retina was the most common site of detachment (35.9%), and 180 degrees was the most common extent of detachment (46.3%). In most cases, scleral buckling was performed using a combination of buckling elements, such as a band plus tire (46%).
