fa نشانگان هلپ و گزارش یک مورد آن عمومى General گزارش مورد Case Report مقاله حاضر معرف یک بیمار 25 ساله است که با تظاهرات هموراژیک شدید و اختلال عملکرد کلیوی در اثر بروز اختلالات میکروآنژیوپاتیک در زمینه مسمومیت حاملگی از بیمارستان قائم (عج) علی آباد به مرکز آموزشی درمانی پنجم آذر گرگان ارجاع و با داشتن شواهدی از همولیز، افزایش آنزیم های کبدی و کاهش شمار پلاکت ها با تشخیص نشانگان هلپ (HELLP) تحت مراقبت قرار گرفت. مجموعه تظاهرات بالینی بیمار ظرف یک هفته و یافته های آزمایشگاهی ظرف سه هفته به وضعیت طبیعی برگشت نموده است. هدف از گزارش این مورد علاوه بر توجه دادن به اهمیت تشخیص و درمان این بیماری، تاکید بر ضرورت و اهمیت استفاده از نظام ارجاع در مراکز بهداشتی و آشنایی پرسنل رده های مختلف بهداشتی درمانی در کنترل حاملگی می باشد. This case report is about a 25-year-old patient with microangiopathic in toxemic pregnancy. Clinical manifestations are such as hemorrhage in digestive system and urinary tract accompanied with anemia thrombocytopenia, liver, and kidney, disorder. The clinical diagnosis for this patient was HELLP syndrome, with all of the clinical manifestations of this syndrome the patient was admitted to the 5th Azar Hospital in Gorgan. All of the clinical manifestations and paraclinical observation returned to normal during one and three weeks respectively.
